HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?
Once you have confirmed your order, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. Due to COVID 19 restrictions, there may be a minor delay in shipping.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I SHIPPED THE WRONG ITEM(S)?
Please notify us immediately @ firstname.lastname@example.org if the wrong item was shipped or the address was incorrect. We are not bound to make modifications to your order at our expense, but we will do our best to help re-route or correct the error.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET TO ME?
We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping times depend on location. The USPS Site quotes, but does not guarantee 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is estimated to take longer.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE WAS LOST?
If carrier tracking indicates that a Product was lost in transit, you may make a written claim for replacement of, or credit for the lost Product in compliance with our Return Policy. For Products lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. All such claims are subject to VIIS investigation and sole discretion.
